The opening, however, is more than simple: it is simplistic. Brand Management is a strategic process that oversees how the brand is perceived and ensures consistency across all touchpoints: advertising, presentation, distribution and customer interactions.
Consistency is a key word - is the way you presenting your brand reaching the right customers? is it making you stand out? is it in line with your values, story, overall image? Consistency and alingment between your values, your brand and how it reaches your customer will enhance the authenticity behind your project.
Effective brand management helps a producer differentiate themselves from competitors, build emotional connections with consumers, and ultimately fidelise your clients and expanding your reach by establishing a trusted, respected brand.
